There are many products on the market with claims that they can enlarge breasts, it isn't amazing that they are expensive, and that they don't work at all. The only working alternative was surgical breast enlargement. Really amazing fact is that real natural breast enlargement exist!

A good sunscreen helps the skin maintain its natural oils and moisture, and protects the skin against UVA and UVB rays.
Using sunscreen with a high SPF is important for everyone, especially if you are fair-skinned or have a family history of cancer. There is no such thing as a safe tan.
Avocado oil, sesame oil and shea butter contain a low SPF sunscreen. However, they have limited VA/UVB-filtering ability and you should not use them as your only skin protection. For a natural sunscreen with a higher SPF, use a commercial sunscreen with titanium dioxide.

What you'll need:
Fresh, whole almonds Coffee grinder, blender or food processor (to make almond meal) Small, airtight container Oil of your choice (grapeseed, olive, jojoba, castor, sweet almond, etc) Witch hazel (alcohol-free, if you can find it!) Ylang Ylang essential oil (optional) Lysorbic acid (aka: Vitamin C) powder or crystals
